Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner has advised KDV Group on acquiring HAK from NPM Capital. HAK is a leading vegetable and plant-based solutions producer based in Benelux and Germany.

KDV Group is a global food producer leading in the confectionery, chocolate and snacks segments. Its products are marketed in 35 countries. Currently, KVD is a major vertically integrated holding business in the CIS consisting of 15 factories and a 300K ha land bank, and employing more than 20,000 workers in 13 counties.

The project team was led by Aleksey Koshelev, Counsel, Corporate/M&A, supervised by Matvey Kaploukhiy, Partner, Corporate/M&A. Throughout the deal, we teamed up with the law firm AKD in advising KVD Group on the Dutch law aspects of the project.
