Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) acted as the legal counsel to Vinod Cookware India Private Limited (“Client”) in relation to their strategic investment in Healux International Private Limited (“Target Company”) by way of primary investment in the equity shares and optionally convertible debentures of the Target Company. We assisted in finalisation of the transaction documents, pre-closing, closing and post-closing actions.
