April 11, Delhi/Mumbai: Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advises ICICI Bank Limited and Axis Bank Limited (Arrangers) in issuance of listed, rated, secured, redeemable,non-convertible debentures of the nominal value of INR 1,00,000 each, aggregating to not more than INR 800 crores (NCDs) by Delhi International Airport Limited. CAM played crucial role in drafting of documents to ensure compliance with recent SEBI regulations and guidelines
