April 11, Delhi/Mumbai: Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advises ICICI Prudential Corporate Credit Opportunities (acitng through its investment manager i.e. ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited) on subscribing to secured and redeemable non-convertible debentures of INR 115,00,00,000 (“Debentures”)  issued by Purva Good Earth Properties Private Limited (“Purva Good Earth”).The proceeds of Debentures will be utilized towards development of plotted residential and commercial project titled “Purva Ragam” located in Tamil Nadu (“Project“).
