Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) is representing Indostar Capital Finance Limited on the sale of Indostar Home Finance Private Limited to Witkopeend B.V.,an affiliate of BPEA EQT Mid-Market Growth Partnership, at a value of INR 1750 crores on a fully diluted basis.
