We were honored to participate in the South-Eastern Europe Arbitration Conference held in Vienna,a pivotal event bringing together leading legal experts to address critical topics such as ESG standards, quantitative techniques, arbitration funding, and asset tracing. The conference also highlighted key discussions on the challenges and future directions of arbitration law in the region.
The event opened with an insightful keynote address by Anna Joubin-Bret, Secretary of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), who emphasized the importance of modernizing international trade law in today’s global landscape.
