ELP advised 100Percent Nourishment Private Limited and, a startup that owns D2C brand WickedGüd, and its promoter-founder Bhuman Dani, in its capital raising of USD 1 Million from marquee investors including NB Ventures, Mumbai Angels Network, Dholakia Ventures, Jalaj Dani Family Office, Ashutosh Valani & Priyank Shah (Founders – Renee Cosmetics, ex-Beardo), Ravi Shroff (MD – Excel Industries Ltd), Ravi Nigam (ex-MD – Tasty Bite), Ashwini Deshpande (Co-founder – Elephant Design), Jorge Fernandez Vidal (Investment Director – Liechtenstein Group) and Akshay Gurnani (CEO – Schbang) and others.
ELP’s team comprising of Manendra Singh (Associate Partner), Tanvi Goyal (Principal Associate), Aditi Ladha (Associate) and Varun Kaka (Associate) advised 100Percent and Bhuman Dani on this transaction.
