Emmanuelle MACHINET thus joins Aurélia MARIE at the head of a department which includes about forty professionals, 13 of whom are French IP Attorneys, fully qualified as European Trademark and Design Attorneys. This team of experts assists companies of all sizes and in all sectors of industry, mainly in Europe, Asia and North America, to protect, secure and optimize their IP.
Emmanuelle MACHINET is an IP Attorney and a European Trademark and Design Attorney at the Paris office of Beau de Loménie. She began her career in IP in 1998 with the opposition department of the INPI before joining an IP firm in 2000. She joined Beau de Loménie in 2003. She intervenes in the fields of trademarks, designs, copyright and domain names. Her expertise is particularly in advising and assisting our clients in their strategies for protecting and defending their IP rights in France and abroad. She is also involved in contractual aspects, unfair competition, pre-litigation and litigation follow-up as well as portfolio audits.
A member of APRAM and INTA, Emmanuelle MACHINET is also involved in teaching. She is a lecturer for the Master’s Degree program in Applied Intellectual Property Law of the Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC).
