Niederer Kraft Frey advised Werap Group on the successful sale of its shares in Fabrimex AG to Exista AG,
a company offering customer-specific, modified and high-quality power supplies in addition to battery power solutions and LED system solutions. Fabrimex is a company operating in the power supply business offering customised AC/DC and DC/DC converters, OEM power supplies as well as power inverters. The transaction was signed and closed on 12 July 2023.
The NKF team was led by M&A/Finance partners Adrian Koller and Andrea Giger, working with associate Reto Seiler (M&A/Finance) and partner Nicolas Birkhäuser (Antitrust).
