First time a Swiss Court will rule on a company’s liability for failure to prevent alleged bribery of foreign public official

Niederer Kraft Frey represented Trafigura at trial in the first case brought before a Swiss Court involving corporate liability for alleged failure to prevent bribery of a foreign public official.
