The renewable energy company OX2 has executed a sale and purchase agreement with Fontavis, a Swiss asset manager specialising in renewable energy and infrastructure investments. The agreement is for 33 MW from the Orrberget wind power farm, with nine wind power turbines, which will be constructed in the Municipality of Ludvika.
The estimated date of completion of the wind power farm is during the autumn of 2019, and OX2 will then be responsible for technical and commercial management of the park.
Foyen Advokatfirma assisted OX2 in the negotiations of the supply agreement and the service agreement for the project. The lead partner at Foyen was Jacob Hamilton.
