Our firm has recently been working on a major M&A transaction, joining as Thai advisers in an international legal team led by UK based law firm Addleshaw & Goddard.
The legal team represented France based Apave Group in the acquisition of the technical inspection activities of the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) Group. As advisors in Thailand, we provided specialist legal support by conducting due diligence on the Thai subsidiary of the target company. With our expertise in corporate law, we navigated complex legal analyses and contributed to the successful overall transaction.
