On July 1, 2024, Meyer Burger Technology AG (SIX: MBTN) completed a reverse split of its shares in the ratio 750:1,which had been approved by its annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 25, 2024. The listing and first day of trading of the new shares on SIX Swiss Exchange took place on July 1, 2024.
