Homburger acted as counsel to UBS Switzerland AG in its capacity as mandated lead arranger, bookrunner and agent in connection with BKW AG’s new CHF 1 bn Swiss law governed revolving credit facility. BKW is an international energy and infrastructure company which offers integrated and comprehensive solutions in the fields of energy, buildings and infrastructure.
Homburger advised UBS Switzerland AG and the other syndicate banks with regard to all legal aspects of the financing transaction.
