Homburger acted as counsel to UBS Switzerland AG in its capacity as mandated lead arranger, original lender and agent in connection with HIAG Group’s CHF 500 m sustainability-linked credit facility.HIAG Group is leading in development and management of real estate in Switzerland. Its integrated business model covers the value chain over the entire life cycle of a property.
Homburger advised UBS Switzerland AG and the other syndicate banks with regard to all legal aspects of the financing transaction.
