On May 28, 2024, UBS Switzerland AG successfully completed its issuance of Digital Covered Bonds under the program in an aggregate principal amount of CHF 150 m, consisting of CHF 150 m 1.5075% Digital Covered Bonds due May 2029. The Covered Bonds are governed by Swiss law and are listed on SIX Swiss Exchange and SDX Trading. The Covered Bonds are indirectly backed by a portfolio of mortgages from UBS Switzerland AG’s domestic mortgage pool.
