INTEGRITES advised Hypra, a Ukrainian venture capital fund, on the acquisition of a minority stake in Trinetix, a US-Ukrainian manufacturer of digital products and one of the leading employers in the Ukrainian IT industry. The transaction value is USD 10 million, which is one of the largest investments in the Ukrainian market of service business.
INTEGRITES team conducted the legal due diligence of the target company, structured the transaction, and prepared the necessary transaction documents and agreements.
The team working on the project was led by the senior partner and head of the Corporate and M&A practice Illya Tkachuk and included associate Sofiia Movchanets and junior associate Iryna Karazhbei-Truska.
