INTEGRITES acts as a legal advisor to Ukrainian enterprises in the processing industry that have been selected for enrolment in the Export and Capacity Building Consultation Project. The project is implemented by the USAID Competitive Economy Program in Ukraine.

Throughout 2024, the firm will provide assistance to the Project participants on various aspects of customs, tax and corporate law, on obtaining permit documentation, issues of currency control, as well as on access to finance, particularly for the purposes of export activities.

Corporate and M&A, Tax and Customs, Banking and Finance practice groups of INTEGRITES will advise the enterprises enrolled in the Project.

More than 300 Ukrainian entrepreneurs from the processing sector of the economy will be able to join the project. Manufacturing companies with 10 or more employees at the time of application can take part in the selection process.

Shortlisted Ukrainian enterprises will be eligible to receive our consulting services on:

    • Taxation, accounting, financing, and attracting investments
    • Conclusion and performance of foreign trade contracts (excluding contract disputes)
    • Currency control and payment procedures, including those relevant to export activities
    • Customs clearance and other export-related issues
    • Ensuring product compliance with export requirements, including issues related to product certification, technical regulation, labelling, licensing, other permits, product safety standards, and more
    • Logistical matters related to export activities
