JSA strengthens its Capital Market practice with Mathew Thomas joining its Mumbai office as partner.

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Mathew Thomas as a partner in JSA’s Capital Markets Practice.

He will be based at the firm’s Mumbai office. Prior to joining JSA, Mathew served as the Vice President at A.K. Capital Services Limited in Mumbai. He has also held positions at Trilegal, SAM, and KCO in Mumbai.

With over 13 years of experience, Mathew has gained extensive expertise in Equity/Debt Offerings, REIT, Rights Issues, and IPOs across various sectors, including technology, finance, green energy, retail, hospitality, textiles, electronics, entertainment, real estate, and power/roads.
