With the new promotion, our firm now has 12 partners in the non-contentious practice and 5 partners in the contentious practice, making a total of 17 partners with over 50 associates.
About Thitawan Thanasombatpaisarn
Thitawan is a partner in the Capital Markets Practice Group in Kudun and Partners. She has a wealth of experience in providing advice on establishing corporate entities, assisting with corporate compliance issues, and highly adept in advising on Thailand’s securities laws and regulations, which include all regulations related to both equity and debt offerings, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, takeover and other issues of the companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
Thitawan was an associate with Weerawong, Chinnavat, and Partners before finally joining the firm as a senior associate in 2020. She graduated with a Bachelor of Law (First Class Honors) from the prestigious Chulalongkorn University and she is a qualified notarial services attorney and a member of the Lawyer Council of Thailand.
She was recognized as the “Rising star lawyer in Capital Markets” for two consecutive years since 2022 by Asialaw. According to Asialaw’s research, the client credits her for being “very knowledgeable in equity-related capital markets transactions. She is very approachable and proactive in listening. I would credit her as a person who is good at mediating conflicts and a leader of this practice area.”
About Kongwat Akaramanee
Kongwat is a partner in the Dispute Resolution, Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group in Kudun and Partners. He possesses extensive experience in dispute resolution, commercial and business litigation, disputes involving administrative and labour issues, restructuring and insolvency, and arbitration matters. He acts as a trusted advisor to numerous domestic and international clients, particularly on compensation claims, EPC contract disputes, and tax disputes. His expertise extends across multiple industries including finance & securities, construction services, information & communications technology, energy & utilities, and property development.
Kongwat worked with FBLP Legal, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Blumenthal, Richer & Sumet (BRS), Watson, Farley, and Williams and Siam Premier International Law Office before joining Kudun and Partners in 2018. He graduated in Bachelor of Law from Assumption University and obtained his Masters of Law from Ramkhamhaeng University. He is a qualified notarial services attorney and a member of the lawyer council of Thailand.
He was recognized as the “Rising star lawyer in Dispute Resolution” for two consecutive years since 2022 by Asialaw.
