Kudun and Partners is proud to announce its successful representation of BGC Packaging Co., Ltd. in the strategic acquisition of 4,518,000 shares,constituting 25.1% of the total shares of Bangkok Can Manufacturing Company Limited (“BCM”), from Toyo Seikan Co., Ltd. This significant transaction, valued at over THB 499 million, marks a landmark achievement for our client and underscores our commitment to facilitating high-value deals.

The acquired 25.1% shares have been apportioned among three major stakeholders: Bangkok Glass Public Company Limited (“BG”) acquiring 8.1%, BG Container Glass Public Company Limited (“BGC”) securing 5%, and Singha Corporation Co., Ltd. (“Singha”) obtaining 12%. This strategic allocation not only strengthens the partnership between BG, BGC, Singha, and Toyo Seikan Co., Ltd., but also enhances their collaborative efforts in the can manufacturing sector, setting the stage for future growth and innovation.
