New Delhi, India, August 12, 2024: Saraf and Partners, is pleased to announce the joining of Mathew Thomas as a Partner in the Capital Markets Practice, along with his entire team.
Mathew has an impressive track record of advising both domestic and international clients on a wide range of capital markets transactions. His expertise spans across initial public offerings (IPOs), rights offerings, qualified institutions placements (QIPs), and public offerings of units and debt securities by Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs).
Before joining Saraf and Partners, he served as a Partner at J. Sagar Associates (JSA). Before JSA, he was a member of the capital markets teams at Trilegal, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., and Khaitan & Co.
