Dhanabol is highly knowledgeable and exceptionally well qualified. He holds a Master of Laws in International Tax from King’s College London where he graduated with Merit, and a Bachelor of Laws from Thammasat University, Thailand. This gives him an ideal blend of local and international expertise that will prove invaluable for our clients.
His professional experience includes serving as a Lecturer at the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, where he has been teaching Business Law, Law of Taxation, Law of Torts, and Introduction to the Thai Legal System since 2021. Additionally, Dhanabol is a member of the Tax Law Committee at the Thai Chamber of Commerce, providing expert legal opinions on tax law matters.
Dhanabol has also made significant contributions to the field through his research, including papers titled “Approaches to Tax Avoidance: The UK Perspective” and “Critical Analysis of the Principal Purpose Test in the Multilateral Convention,” both completed during his LL.M. studies at King’s College London.
