Nicolas Hamblenne, 31 years old, joined PwC Legal on 1st July 2020 as a Senior Associate within the Technologies & IP department and the Commercial Contracts practice, both practices headed by Audrey Rustichelli.
Nicolas has extensive experience in data protection (including GDPR compliance) and advises clients on a wide range of information technology and communications matters. He also handles issues related to intellectual property rights and assist clients in order to optimize their IP protection strategy.
Prior to joining the firm, Nicolas spent 5 years in an independent leading Belgian law firm within the Data, IP & Media practice. Nicolas is a member of the Brussels Bar and teaches « Privacy and laws in the digital world » at IHECS in Brussels since 2016.
He is CIPP/E Certified from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and is also a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
