NKO Partners Advises CTP on Acquisition of Land in Novi Sad in Regard to a Project of National Interest

NKO Partners has advised CTP on acquisition of land from the City of Novi Sad, intended for development on behalf of Nidec Corporation, a Japan-based leader in the global brushless DC motor market. The project is proclaimed to be of national interest to the Republic of Serbia by the Serbian Government.

NKO Partners have advised CTP on the land acquisition process but have also taken an active role in negotiating the terms of the project with the representatives of the City of Novi Sad and the Government of Serbia.
