PNSA advised AFI Europe, one of the leading real estate development, management and investment companies,operating in Central and Eastern Europe, on the acquisition of Bucharest Financial Plaza office building, known as “Bancorex” building, one of the most iconic office building projects in Bucharest and an architectural symbol, from Austrian real estate investment fund IMMOFINANZ.
Completed in 1998, Bucharest Financial Plaza was the first modern office building in Bucharest and the tallest in the city center, with a built area of 38,703 square meters. AFI Europe aims to transform this iconic property into a modern Class A mixed-use project with the highest quality standards.
PNSA provided extensive legal assistance throughout the entire acquisition process, from legal and tax due diligence up to transaction documents’ drafting, negotiations, and completion.
