Dentons Link Legal is pleased to announce that Gyanendra Mishra has joined as a Partner in the Firm’s Employment Law and White-Collar Crime practice areas in the New Delhi office.
Gyanendra is a 1999 graduate of Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. He brings with him 24 years of experience in the practice areas of labour, employment laws, investigations and white-collar crimes with a proven track record of effective advisory and litigation support across the region. Apart from this, he has a deep experience in the practice area in service and administrative law, general litigation, and alternative dispute resolution in addition to white collar crime investigation and disciplinary enquiries relating to code of conduct, sexual harassment, trade union negotiations, whistle-blower allegations.
Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, Gyanendra worked with Dr. Surat Singh and Mr. Raj Birbal, Senior Advocates, Bhasin & Co, Accenture, Moody’s Corporation, Atharva Legal, LLP. He was also heading Lex Quorum, a law firm that he founded in the year 2022.
