Dentons Link Legal is pleased to announce that Abhijit Mukherjee has joined as an Associate Partner in the Firm’s Corporate (Infra M&A) and Projects team in Mumbai.
A law graduate (2011 Batch) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi; Abhijit has done his LLM from Goethe University, Frankfurt, Germany. Abhijit has represented various Govt. authorities and project developers in construction, operations, M&A and investments in sectors including motorways, power plants (conventional and renewables), mining, railways, waste management, healthcare, charging infrastructure, airports, logistics and education.
Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, Abhijit was working with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. In the past, he has also worked with Khaitan & Co., HSA Advocates and SNG & Partners. Abhijit has also worked as a Research Associate with Hengeler Mueller, Frankfurt.
