PSL Advocates & Solicitors is announcing the opening of its new office in Bengaluru. With this strategic move, the firm now has footprints in four prominent Indian cities– New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chandigarh. Despite a global pandemic and unprecedented challenges, PSL remains focused on its strategy to scale sustainably and innovate with the objective of servicing clients seamlessly in the altered legal landscape with special focus on knowledge dissemination and tech innovation. The firm has a diverse client base in Bengaluru from various key sectors viz. information technology and software, real estate, and infrastructure as well as media and telecommunication who are confronted with an accelerated rate of change in the new dynamic post pandemic.
The Bengaluru office will be headed by firm’s Co-Founding Partner, Siddharth Jain who specialises in Dispute Resolution, Corporate Restructuring and Financial Transactions, Data Protection and Competition Law. The new office is conveniently located at Gold Towers, 50 Residency Road. Siddharth has moved to Bengaluru to strengthen the firm’s footprints and provide its clients with personalised similar services that they are used to.
Speaking on the development, Managing Partner, Sandeep Bajaj says – “Our decision to set up new office space in the IT hub of India, was driven by the trust and faith of our clients. With our new office opening in Bengaluru, we are excited and at the same time humbled to be a step more closely associated with our clients.”
The decision to set up an office in the IT capital of India has been in the offing for quite some time and dovetails with the Firm’s vision to explore fresh opportunities where others see obstacles. The Firm expects to translate this opportunity to further cement its outreach and serve its existing clientele as well as focus on new relationships.
Managing Partner, Sameer Jain says – “Siddharth will drive our new office which will provide full spectrum of litigation, arbitration and corporate advisory services to the business community in Bengaluru. He shall be heading the data protection initiative of our practice. Our new office is built on the foundation of our client-centric practice model and doing all our advocacy in-house advocacy.”

Siddharth, is joined alongwith a growing team of Alok Gowdara Shivamurthy, a Masters alumnus from Westminster University (UK) and Akshat NM, an alumnus of Christ University.
