Raue advised Caeli Wind GmbH on its Series A financing round in the amount of EUR 11 million. The Berlin-based GreenTech start-up operates an innovative digital marketplace for wind energy sites. New investors are Notion Capital and Santander Alternative Investments, the round is supported by High-Tech Gründerfonds and other existing investors. The capital raised will enable Caeli Wind to drive forward its technological developments and accelerate its international expansion.
Since 2022, Caeli Wind has been bringing together landowners and project developers on its platform. The company’s AI-supported software automatically identifies, analyses and plans potential wind power sites, significantly increasing the speed of wind energy expansion.
Raue advises Caeli Wind comprehensively since the foundation of the online marketplace for the marketing of wind power areas in 2022.
