SNG & Partners recently announced an expansion of their partnership with the onboarding of Ravi Bhadani as the Partner of its Insurance and Funds practice.With this, the total strength of Partners in the firm has gone up to 27 (Twenty-Seven).
Ravi is an alumnus of the University of Delhi, and prior to joining SNG & Partners, he held positions at leading global companies, including Aviva Life Insurance, Marsh Insurance, and JP Morgan Service India Pvt Ltd. His tenure at these organisations, coupled with roles such as Head of Legal & Compliance at Novartis Healthcare’s India drug development centre and Executive Legal at Max Life Insurance, highlights his multifaceted expertise and leadership prowess. His core areas of practice encompass insurance laws, corporate laws, mergers & acquisitions, regulatory affairs, and litigation.
Throughout his career, Ravi has demonstrated proficiency in diverse legal domains, including insurance laws, corporate laws, mergers & acquisitions, regulatory affairs, and litigation. He has played a pivotal role in reshaping the industry landscape by advising on critical aspects such as product structuring, digital platform establishment, and distribution tie-ups with banks.
