Saga Legal represented India Quotient Fund and DSG Consumer Fund in their investment in the haircare brand Fix My Curls

Fix My Curls, a leading haircare brand specialising in products for curly and wavy hair, has secured an undisclosed amount in a seed funding round.The round was led by Amazon’s Smbhav Venture Fund alongside India Quotient and DSG Consumer Fund.

With the new funding, Fix My Curls plans to expand its product line, drive innovation, strengthen its leadership team, and increase its customer base in tier II and III cities.

Saga Legal reviewed and negotiated the transaction documents for both India Quotient and DSG Consumer Fund. The deal was led by Neeraj Vyas, Partner at Saga Legal.
