Saraf and Partners acts for the House of Abhinandan Lodha in acquisition of approximately 135 Acres of land in Bicholim, Goa

Saraf and Partners acted for the renowned House of Abhinandan Lodha (“HOABL”) on purchase of land admeasuring approximately 135 Acres.The deal was valued at approximately 120 crores.

The land was acquired by HOABL for plotted development project in Goa and is a strong addition to HOABL’s existing projects in Goa.

The Saraf and Partners team was led by Ketan Khare (Partner) and Madhura Samant (Partner Designate) with valuable support from Ravi Bishnoi (Partner).
