Her extensive track record includes pivotal roles in significant M&A transactions spanning diverse industries such as infrastructure, healthcare, consumer products, energy, and financial services.
Before her tenure with Saraf and Partners, Ramya served as a Partner at AZB & Partners and accrued eight years of valuable experience at Trilegal. She earned her undergraduate degree from Amity Law School in 2011 and holds a Company Secretary degree from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
