SNG & Partner welcomes Sirisha Sampat as a Partner in the Real Estate Practice, effective September 1st, 2023. Sirisha brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the firm, further solidifying its commitment to delivering exceptional legal services in the field of Real Estate. Sirisha will be operating out of the Mumbai office.
Sirisha holds a Law degree from Mumbai University and is a Gold Medallist Solicitor from the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. Her impressive track record in the Real Estate Sector showcases her dedication and proficiency in handling complex transactions, negotiations, and legal matters within the industry.
Prior to joining SNG & Partners, Sirisha Sampat held the position of Partner at Kanga & Co., Advocates & Solicitors. In this role, she was entrusted with the independent management and strategic expansion of the firm’s real estate practice. Sirisha’s leadership extended to overseeing dedicated teams and handling a wide spectrum of high-value matters, ranging from intricate property acquisitions and development projects to offering invaluable guidance on Land Laws. Her expertise was also evident in her handling of diverse clientele, which included corporates, developers, societies, investors, and other entities, as well as her work on assignments such as Society Redevelopment Projects, Municipal and Collector leasehold land matters, Landlord and Tenant disputes, and Slum Rehabilitation Projects.
