We are pleased to announce that Reshma (Vaidya) Gupte has joined S&R Associates as counsel based in the Firm’s Mumbai office.
Reshma advises on intellectual property and technology matters, including acquisitions and licensing of technology, copyrights and trademarks, intellectual property portfolio management and research and development collaborations. She also advises clients on a range of data privacy matters in connection with compliance, transactions and risk mitigation.
Reshma also has extensive experience in regulatory matters in the healthcare and pharmaceuticals sector, including advice on manufacturing and supply agreements and regulatory approvals relating to pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
Reshma received a B.Sc., LL.B. from National Law University, Jodhpur in 2010. Her prior experience includes working with Khaitan & Co. and Luthra and Luthra Law Offices in Mumbai.
