We are pleased to announce that William Vivian John has joined S&R Associates as a partner based in the Firm’s Mumbai office, and is joined by associates Siddhi Kudalkar, Riyan Vatcha, Arunima Vijay, Chirali Jain and Shubhangi Rai.
William Vivian John’s practice covers a broad range of listed and private company M&A matters and cross-border transactions, as well as anti-corruption, financial fraud and investigation matters. He has significant experience advising global corporate and listed clients and boards of directors on complex internal investigations. William received a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru in 2000. His prior experience includes working with Luthra and Luthra Law Offices in Mumbai, where he was a partner.
