The promotion strengthens two of the firm’s core practice areas: Litigation and Investment Funds, respectively, and adds extra depth to the firm’s offering.

Richard Annette who heads the Litigation team, has been with Stuarts since 2005 and has over 20 years’ experience in complex international commercial litigation, arbitration and insolvency matters. He has consistently been recommended by The Legal 500 in respect of litigation work in the Cayman Islands and advises on a wide variety of corporate, commercial, insurance and insolvency disputes.

Aaron Walker has been with the firm since 2011 and has a wealth of experience in the specialist investment funds team at Stuarts. He advises on all aspects of the formation, operation and termination of hedge and private equity funds. Aaron also has a broad corporate advisory practice and is recommended by The Legal 500 for both his investment funds and corporate/commercial experience.
