Maravela|Asociaţii assisted CEE chemicals producer Chimcomplex
in the merger review procedure whereby the Romanian Competition Council has
authorised the takeover of Oltchim’s assets.
The Romanian
Competition Council approved Chimcomplex’s 127 million EUR takeover of assets
of the petrochemical plant Oltchim S.A.
