TM & Partners advises Team Olivia in connection with the sale of Team Olivia’s Norwegian operation to Humana.The operation, which in the transaction is valued at SEK 341 million on a cash and debt free basis, provides services to appr. 1,000 customers and employs appr. 2,000 employees, with annual sales of appr. SEK 910 million.
The transaction is subject to customary conditions and approvals and is expected to close in Q2 2024.
Team Olivia’s main owner is Procuritas Capital Investors IV GP Ltd.
