On September 14, 2017, the VEGAS LEX law firm and Pravo.ru organized a webinar on legal regulation and specifics of corporate marketing activities.
Vyacheslav talked about the regulation of advertising and marketing in the Russian Federation, and gave a practical overview of non-advertising marketing activities and a review of advertising cases, exemplifying the mistakes of advertisers; he looked at several FAS cases that led to orders to improve the improper marketing practices, and listed the marketing tools that are not regulated by the Federal Law On Advertising.
