NOTABLE REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS
The Firm advises a consortium of international real estate investors on their first project in Cyprus, a residential luxury development in a landmark location. The Firm advises on all aspects of the project, from establishing the corporate structure, purchase of the land plots and urban planning licensing, to financing, contracts with engineers and construction firms as well as handling the sales and lease agreements with potential clients, purchasers and tenants.
The Firm provided advice and assistance in relation to the design and development of a special leisure, golf and residential project in Limassol, including the financing aspect of the transaction.
The Firm assisted one of the leading property developers in the Eastern Mediterranean at the development, planning and licencing stages of their latest project in Limassol, which is the largest they have ever developed.
