Lawyers in, respectively, Projects – Infrastructures, Energy & Natural Resources and Public Law, these appointments stand for from the ongoing strategic commitment to reinforce the firm’s capabilities in core areas and develop new skills in key sectors of the economy, providing increased added value to our clients.
Ana Luís de Sousa, Partner of the Projects Practice, is widely acknowledged for her expertise and prowess in the development and financing of projects across sectors. Over the past 15 years, Ana has been actively involved in several road infrastructures, PPP in the health, waste and water concessions and in the energy sector, in Portugal and in other jurisdictions where VdA Legal Partners is present. Over recent years, Ana’s practice has been focusing on Energy and regulatory compliance, thus reinforcing VdA’s investment in the Energy and economic regulation.
Catarina Pinto Correia is a member of the Public Law practice, and is especially dedicated to matters involving public procurement, pre-contractual litigation, administrative concessions, PPPs and public regulatory work. In addition, she advises on european loans and structural funds, leading the newly created Agrobusiness group. Catarina’s practice includes Portugal and all other jurisdictions where VdA Legal Partners is present, including Portuguese and French speaking Africa.
