Disability/Neurodiversity: Champion of the Year
This category acknowledges truly exceptional individual contributions to improving disability/neurodiversity inclusion within the legal profession, across private practice, in-house and the Bar and all levels of seniority, covering both lawyers and non-legal staff. Judges will be looking for evidence of involvement in/leadership of key initiatives to boost representation of disabled/neurodiverse lawyers or involvement in broader industry-wide initiatives. 

 Disability/Neurodiversity: Best Initiative to Attract and Retain Talent
This category acknowledges truly exceptional individual contributions to improving disability/neurodiversity inclusion of all forms – both visible and invisible – within in-house legal teams. Submissions must come from the in-house legal community or from law firms/the Bar on behalf of their clients. Judges will be looking for evidence of involvement in/leadership of key initiatives to improve representation of disabled/ neurodiverse lawyers within the in-house legal profession or involvement in broader industry wide initiatives. Please note this award could go to someone junior driving the effort – not just someone senior.
