He is is currently a recommended Taiwan lawyer by The Legal 500 and other international organizations. Kunchou Tsai, leading partner, Enlighten Law Group

Mr. Kunchou Tsai, Esq. has been licensed in Taiwan and mainland China, and engaged in legal career for decades. He specializes in FinTech, financial regulations, corporate finance, securities laws, international investment and arbitration. He received his law degrees from the top tier law schools of University College London and UC Berkeley. In recent years, Mr. Tsai focuses on the resolution of financial investment disputes, such as TRF and complicated high-risk derivative products. Joe Boswell, global editor, The Powerlist Series, The Legal 500

Joe Boswell has been a part of The Legal 500’s editorial team, specialising on the in-house legal community, for more than seven years. Ken-Ying Tseng, partner, Lee and Li

Zoe Peng is a pioneering entrepreneur in the fintech and blockchain sectors, notably the world’s first female founder of a cryptocurrency exchange. With a background in Globalization and Communication from the University of Leicester, she leverages her expertise as founder and CEO of HOYA BIT Exchange. Peng’s influence extends to her roles as Executive Supervisor at the Taiwan FinTech Association and Taiwan Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) Association.

Her ventures, including STARPASS and 8LAB, showcase her innovative approach to digital finance. Hsiao-Wei Tsai (William), legal head, LINE Taiwan Limited

William is qualified with the Taipei Bar Association (2006) and the New York Bar Association (2012). He specializes in digital platforms, IP, e-commerce, and privacy law matters. Currently, he serves as a Committee Member on the following committees of the Taipei Bar Association: Innovation and Technology Committee, Inhouse Counsel Committee and Digital Service and Data Protection Committee. Billy Chen focuses his practice on corporate law and has extensive experience in representing international and domestic clients in various areas of law. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, renewable energy projects, structuring startup companies, investment management/finance, and general corporate matters. He also has experience handling US Customs and Border Protection investigations and related matters – as well as US export-import compliance and trade disputes as he is also a US-qualified lawyer.

Prior to joining the firm, Billy served as in-house corporate counsel to companies in Taiwan and China.

Prior to joining Aon, she worked as a senior underwriter in a leading insurance company.

She has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a diverse range of clients across various sectors, including the technology, semiconductor, financial institution, transportation, retail, and manufacturing industries. She regularly assists corporates mitigate risk exposure through establishing holistic risk management and insurance program from construction phase to operation stage.
