Overview

On 16 July, The Legal 500 and Horizons & Co hosted a webinar exploring recent trends in disputes in the GCC. The discussion focused on court-based disputes (primarily in the UAE and KSA) and was aimed at senior counsel in the Middle East who have encountered or expect to encounter disputes in the local courts.

The session also covered interim measure applications (giving practical advice), trends in construction disputes and what lessons they have for GCs, and the different strategies for approaching onshore and offshore disputes in the region.
