Anastasia (Nancy) Verra is the chief legal, regulatory and compliance officer of OPAP Group, which she joined in 2015. She holds a BA from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, an LLM in international economic law from the University of Warwick, as well as a PhD in law from the University of London, having been granted a doctoral scholarship. She has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2000, and is qualified to practise before the Supreme Court and the Council of State. Nancy boasts more than 20 years of professional experience in senior positions requiring increased levels of responsibility, with companies listed in the ATHEX (OTE-COSMOTE-PIRAEUS BANK), having successfully handled top litigation, legal and regulatory cases. She has also served as a BoD member in ERGOSE SA and the National Regulatory Authority for Railways, as well as a legal counsel for the ‘Green Fund’ and the Minister of Communications of Bulgaria.

John A. Apsouris is an attorney–at–law, a member of the Athens Bar Association. He is qualified to plead before the Supreme Court, holds a law degree from the Athens University and a master’s degree (DEA) from the University of Aix-en-Provence (France). He speaks Greek, French, English, Spanish and Italian. From January 1994 until November 2010, he was a partner at Dryllerakis & Associates Law Firm, handling cases of corporate, commercial and civil law, mergers and acquisitions, criminal law, mining law, bankruptcy and restructuring of debts, arbitration/litigation of commercial law cases. Since December 2010 he has been the general counsel of Hellenic Petroleum Group.

Ilias Anagnostopoulos heads Athens-based law firm Anagnostopoulos, focusing on criminal and regulatory risk management and all aspects of business crime. He has appeared as lead counsel in most significant cases in Greece during the past 30 years including business and financial fraud, money laundering, corrupt and anti-competitive practices, asset recovery. Ilias studied at the School of Law, National University of Athens (1978); and the Goethe University of Frankfurt am Main, Germany (Dr juris, 1982). He is a professor in criminal law and criminal procedure at the School of Law, National University Athens, and has authored several prominent books, chapters and articles in Greek, English and German. He chairs the Hellenic Criminal Bar Association (2013-) and is a member of the criminal law experts committee of Hellenic Ministry of Justice, and the High-Legal Council of the Bank of Greece.

Natassa Stamou was appointed Second Vice Chair of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC) in September 2019, already having long experience in the Greek capital market and Chair of the Athens Stock Exchange Members Guarantee Fund in October 2022. She has been actively involved in corporate governance and in “Environment, Society and Governance” (“ESG”) matters. She participates in consultations and in negotiations with governmental and supervisory bodies to promote the development of the capital market. She is a member of several Professional Associations and a regular speaker in legal and financial conferences. She is a lawyer (Law School of the University of Athens (1990) and holds an LL.M. from the University of Southampton (LL.M. Sotón 1995).
