6:10pm DE&I beyond corporate policies
In today’s world, diversity and inclusion policies are part of the minimum standards of corporate social responsibility. Increasingly, organisations are publicising their policies and highlighting their achievements in meeting diversity and inclusion goals. In this panel, we will share stories of companies that have succesfully committed to their DE&I programmes, barriers they may have faced, and the social and organisational benefits achieved. Topics will touch upon:
- Three models of Diversity and Inclusion: Disability, Gender and Sexual Orientation, Opportunities for all.
- Diversity for Colombia, post-conflict, post-penalty and Los Ninis.
- Barriers and opportunities.
7:00pm Gender, Equity and Prosperity
Although women’s rights have been materially recognised in recent decades, significant inequalities remain in areas that have not been explored or are still latent in our society. The concept of gender continues to be an implicit bias and is often unrecognised in the workplace. In this panel, we will discuss some gender-specific elements and disparities still present today when evaluating men and women and ways to further close these gaps. Some of the issues addressed will encompass:
- Wage Gaps.
- The Care Economy and Gender Pay.
- The Right to Time.
- Policymaking and Women’s Representation.

9:00pm Event concludes
