Social Mobility Champion
This category acknowledges truly exceptional individual contributions to improving social mobility within the legal profession, covering private practice, in-house and the Bar, across all levels of seniority, and is open to both lawyers and non-lawyers. Judges will be looking for evidence of involvement in/leadership of key initiatives to boost representation or involvement in broader industry-wide initiatives.  

Social Mobility: Best Initiative to Attract and Retain Talent
This will be awarded to the best project intended to boost social mobility within the organisation/profession by attracting and retaining talented lawyers from less privileged backgrounds. Submissions should demonstrate a targeted strategy to boost social mobility and, if possible, include evidence of results. 

Social Mobility Initiative (in-house)
This will be awarded to the most impressive efforts to boost social mobility within a company or the wider in-house community, with a focus on attracting and retaining talented lawyers from less privileged backgrounds. Submissions should demonstrate a targeted strategy to boost social mobility and, if possible, include evidence of results.
