Legal 500 and Legal Business are pleased to welcome delegates to the annual Financial Regulatory and Disputes Summit, taking place at the QEII Centre on November 14th. Since its launch in 2015, the summit has been a key event for general counsel, law firms, barristers’ chambers, and service providers, addressing the most pressing issues in the Financial Regulatory and Disputes community.
The summit will feature a series of panels covering a range of crucial topics, including regulatory issues in commercial disputes, diverging regulatory approaches in the UK and US, PRA/FCA enforcement activity, recent Upper Tribunal and Court decisions, as well as how to navigate regulatory settlements, redress schemes and customer litigation.
The day will commence with morning coffee and croissants, setting the stage for a full agenda of insightful discussions. Attendees will engage in six panels, with opportunities to network during coffee breaks and lunch. The summit is designed to foster deep learning and knowledge-sharing, with multiple chances to discuss concerns, explore opportunities, and connect with peers. The event will conclude with a networking drinks reception, providing a relaxed environment to end the evening and solidify new connections
